How can we help?

Everything you need to know about shopping with us — from orders to returns to monthly drops.

Ordering
Placing orders, payment, and modifications.

Browse our shop, tap "Add to Bag" on any piece you like, then open your bag and hit "Proceed to Checkout". You'll enter your delivery details and payment info — the whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, items are not reserved until checkout is complete. If something sells out while it's in your bag, we'll let you know.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayNow, GrabPay, and Apple Pay / Google Pay at checkout.

For in-store purchases, we also accept cash and bank transfer.

Because we process orders quickly (especially during online exclusive drops), modifications are only possible if the order hasn't been packed yet. Message @UWLadmin on Telegram within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Once an order is marked as packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can still return it under our return policy.

We occasionally run promos through our Telegram channel and mailing list — these are the best places to catch exclusive discounts. We also run seasonal sales a few times a year.

Our prices are already set to be accessible ($16–$55 range), so we keep markdowns minimal to stay fair to everyone.

Shipping
Delivery times, costs, and tracking.

Free delivery for all orders above $60 within Singapore.

For orders under $60, a flat rate of $4.50 applies for standard delivery.

We currently ship within Singapore only. International shipping is coming soon — join our mailing list to be the first to know.

Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days within Singapore.

Orders placed during online exclusive drops are typically shipped within 2–4 working days, as we process a higher volume of orders after each drop.

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 working days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then message @UWLadmin on Telegram and we'll sort it out.

Yes! You can select self-collection at checkout across all UN.WASTELANDS stores. Pick up from:

  • UN.WASTELANDS 313@Somerset — 313 Orchard Road, #B1-14 (1pm–9pm daily)
  • UN.WASTELANDS Dunearn Village — 1 Dunearn Close, #04-14 (1pm–7pm daily)
  • UN.WASTELANDS North Bridge Road — 664 North Bridge Road, with Uno Collectives (1pm–9pm daily)

Orders are usually ready for collection within 1–2 working days. We'll notify you by email when it's ready. For help, message @UWLadmin on Telegram.

Returns
Our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. All tags and packaging must be intact.

Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we issue store credit (valid for 6 months) rather than cash refunds. This lets us keep prices low for everyone.

Items marked as "Final Sale" during promos are not eligible for return.

Since every piece is unique and we typically only have one of each item, traditional size exchanges aren't possible. However, if you'd like to return a piece, we'll issue store credit so you can find something that fits perfectly.

Check the size and measurements listed on each product page before purchasing — we try to be as detailed as possible to help you get the right fit.

Message @UWLadmin on Telegram with your order number and photos of the item. We'll confirm eligibility and give you instructions for sending it back or dropping it off in-store.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item was significantly misrepresented in the listing.

Product Info
Sizing, condition, and care for our pieces.

Every piece is graded by our team after inspection:

  • Excellent — Like new or nearly new. No visible flaws, minimal signs of wear.
  • Great — Minor signs of wear (light pilling, slight fading) that don't affect the look or wearability.
  • Good — Visible wear or minor imperfections noted in the listing. Still very wearable and full of character.

We photograph any imperfections and note them in the product description so there are no surprises.

Vintage sizing varies wildly, so we list a suggested size range (e.g. S–M) and include flat-lay measurements (chest, waist, length) on each product page where possible.

If you're unsure about a specific piece, message @UWLadmin on Telegram — we're happy to take extra measurements or give styling advice.

Pro tip: Compare our measurements against a piece you already own that fits well.

Yes. For branded items (Nike, Adidas, Levi's, etc.), we verify authenticity to the best of our ability by checking labels, tags, stitching, and construction details.

If a piece is labelled "Vintage" or "Curated", it means it's a genuine secondhand piece — not a reproduction. Items labelled "Reworked" have been altered or customised by us or a partner.

Every single piece is inspected, cleaned, and steamed before it goes on the rack or online. We take hygiene seriously — you're getting something ready to wear out of the bag.
