Refund policy

• All items, once sold, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information input by purchaser or standard mailing services. Refunds are available for 30 days if reason for refund is based on defects not stated or negligence from our side
• For our refund policy, defected goods will be defined as goods with defects that cant be spotted from our photos, goods with holes, tears, obvious stains (bigger than 50 cent SGD coin), wrong sizing, wrong item or others subjected reasonably to us
• Goods that we will not be refunding are goods that have minor defects and are defined to be goods that have sun faded marks, loose threads, minor color deviation (subjected reasonably to us), colour run from purchaser's washing, minor pinholes, minor tears(less than 1cm), stains/ tears that is located in the interior of the clothing that does that affect the exterior appeal of the clothing or others subjected reasonably to us. Our clothing are preloved and vintage, do not expect them to be in tiptop condition, defected clothing will be stated otherwise
